Our Vision

For all children to be empowered to lead creative community change in a post-Covid world.

What we do

We equip kids with real-world, life-long skills by putting the tools in their hands to help them identify and lead the change they want to see in their communities recovering from disruption and trauma.

Our work nourishes connections between children and their local communities to develop their leadership skills, build resilience and foster their capacity to drive positive change.

We have been nurturing child-led community change for 10 years in schools, health centres, libraries, community hubs - anywhere we can provide a creative environment where kids can thrive.

We work with many organisations to design and deliver our programs, across the philanthropic, government, community and education sectors.

'Every single child has a fundamental right to have a voice and to influence their own life and the world they live in. Kids Thrive brings this right to life for children, and anyone who bears witness to the results can have no doubt - we need child-led change!' Liana Buchanan, Victorian Principal Commissioner for Children and Young People
